Terms for Beats Purchases
All beats are licensed on a non-exclusive basis, and can be sold to multiple artists, unless otherwise discussed with the purchaser.
Exclusive beat prices can be negotiated.
As the producer, I always maintain 50% of the publishing of any song that uses the

BEATS/INSTRUMENTALS PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Theory Hazit beats/instrumentals are royalty free and gives you the right to use Theory Hazit's copyrighted sounds and/or instrumentals without the requirement to pay royalties or license fees for each use, per copy or volume sold or some time period of use or sales. If your purchase contains samples that require clearance, you, your successors, affiliates, licensees and or assignees bear sole responsibility to ensure clearances and/or approvals are properly obtained.
Although you are not required to pay royalties, however if after your purchase of Theory Hazit sounds and/or beats/instrumentals, you, your successors, affiliates, licensees and or assignees utilization is substantial in fact or such use results in the placement or commercial usage of the composition(s) or sound recording(s) by a major label, major artist, or a third party; you shall be required to do the following:

Provide co-production credit to Theory Hazit.
Arrange new terms with Theory Hazit.
Split the publishing (at least 50%), royalties, mechanicals, points, & advance fee or negotiate a fair share.
Limited Distribution/Monetization: Caps on streams (e.g., 50k, 500k), sales (e.g., 2,000 units), video views, and radio plays.
Limited Term (Lease): Contracts last a set period (1-10+ years), requiring renewal if limits hit sooner or time expires.
Non-Exclusive Rights: Producer retains copyright and can license the beat to unlimited artists.
File Types: Basic (MP3), Premium (WAV/MP3), Unlimited (WAV/MP3/Trackouts).
Royalty/Publishing Splits: Producer often keeps master recording rights but shares publishing (e.g., 50/50 or producer keeps more).
Master Recording Ownership: Artist gets rights to their vocal recording (Master), not the instrumental itself (Master Use).
Typical License Tiers & What They Offer
Basic/MP3 Lease: Untagged MP3, limited streams (e.g., 100k), basic distribution for mixtapes/YouTube.
Premium/WAV Lease: High-quality WAV/MP3, higher stream/sales caps (e.g., 500k), possibly music video rights.
Unlimited Lease: Highest caps/unlimited streams/sales, high-quality files, music video rights, sometimes radio play.
Exclusive License (Different Category): Buys out the beat, giving the artist sole ownership, removing it from sale.
